Former President Donald Trump will be arraigned tomorrow in Miami on charges related to his handling of classified documents – the first federal <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/donald-trump/live-blog/trump-indictment-classified-documents-live-updates-rcna88714">indictment</a> of a former president.

House Republicans are <a href="https://punchbowl.news/archive/61223-punchbowl-news-am/">hoping</a> to move forward on anti-regulation messaging legislation that was derailed last week by a conservative revolt.

President Joe Biden has a busy week, including a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, plus travel to Philadelphia and Connecticut.

The House will <a href="https://www.majorityleader.gov/schedule/weekly-schedule.htm">vote</a> tonight through Thursday, taking up bills targeting federal regulation of gas stoves, after conservatives last week voted down the Republican legislation in <a href="https://thehill.com/homenews/house/4037211-conservatives-revolt-against-gop-leaders-on-house-floor/?email=467cb6399cb7df64551775e431052b43a775c749&amp;emaila=12a6d4d069cd56cfddaa391c24eb7042&amp;emailb=054528e7403871c79f668e49dd3c44b1ec00c7f611bf9388f76bb2324d6ca5f3&amp;utm_source=Sailthru&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_campaign=06.06.23%20JB%20Energy%20%26%20Environment">retaliation</a> for Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s debt limit deal with Biden.

The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee tomorrow will <a href="https://transportation.house.gov/calendar/eventsingle.aspx?EventID=406477">take up</a> its <a href="https://transportation.house.gov/news/documentsingle.aspx?DocumentID=406479">reauthorization</a> of the Federal Aviation Administration.

The Armed Services Committee this week will begin <a href="https://armedservices.house.gov/news/press-releases/update-chairman-rogers-and-ranking-member-smith-announce-markup-schedule-fy24">consideration</a> of the 2024 National Defense Authorization Act.

The Senate will be in <a href="https://www.senate.gov/legislative/floor_activity_pail.htm">session</a> throughout the week, continuing to vote on Biden nominees.

The Senate Judiciary Committee tomorrow will hold a <a href="https://www.judiciary.senate.gov/oversight-of-section-702-of-the-foreign-intelligence-surveillance-act-and-related-surveillance-authorities">hearing</a> on the government’s surveillance authorities under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, with officials from throughout the intelligence community.

Also tomorrow, the Senate Banking Committee will <a href="https://www.banking.senate.gov/hearings/06/06/2023/the-consumer-financial-protection-bureaus-semi-annual-report-to-congress">review</a> the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Semi-Annual Report to Congress with Director Rohit Chopra.

Today, Biden will host a <a href="https://www.si.com/college/2023/05/09/white-house-invites-ncaa-athletes-to-d-c-college-athlete-day">celebration</a> of college athletes, then <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/06/07/statement-from-white-house-press-secretary-karine-jean-pierre-on-the-visit-of-nato-secretary-general-jens-stoltenberg/">meet</a> with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.

Tomorrow, the White House will <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/06/07/white-house-announces-juneteenth-concert/">hold</a> a Juneteenth concert on the South Lawn.

Late in the week, Biden will travel to <a href="https://www.hartford.edu/news/press-releases/2023/6/ns-biden-visits-uhart.aspx">Connecticut</a> and <a href="https://www.hartford.edu/news/press-releases/2023/6/ns-biden-visits-uhart.aspx">Philadelphia</a>.
